Freek den Hartogh (Vlaardingen, 1986) is acteur, theatermaker en componist en vormt samen met Rosa Peters de artistieke kern van RAAF muziektheater.

Freek den Hartogh (Vlaardingen, 1986) is an actor, theatre maker and composer. Freek graduated as an actor from the Maastricht Theatre Academy in 2009. In recent years he has played with various (music) theatre companies such as Orkater, Toneelgroep Maastricht, Theater Sonnevanck, Het Laagland, Circus Treurdier, Kompagnie Kistemaker, Laika (B) and others. He also works regularly with various orchestras such as the NedPho, Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, Orchestra of the East, Het Gelders Orkest and Philharmonie Zuid-Nederland.

Freek is also a composer and together with director Rosa Peters he forms the artistic core of RAAF music theatre. With RAAF Freek makes ‘mythical music theatre’ for young and old and he wrote the music for all performances. In 2018 Theater Sonnevanck received the Silver Cricket for Edward Scharenhand for which Freek composed the music.
