Batavier Aura Rascón presents a pilot performance a new music theater production inspired on the last work and unfinished opera ‘MERLIJN’ by Dutch composer Willem Pijper. This new MERLIJN attempts to make a musical connection to the mind of the modernist composer, while reviving the character of the mythological wizard in our modern world of today see how he perceives and understands the world we have created for ourselves, where many things we take for granted are to be questioned.
