The New Choir – an alternative indie-pop choir – performs its repertoire during their try-out concert at Batavierhuis on June 4, 2023.
Founded by millennials and Gen Zers, The Rotterdam-based choir sings songs that reflect their generation. The New Choir manages to translate songs from artists like Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, and Little Dragon into captivating choral performances, without losing the heart of the song.
